RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We thank
you for your purchase and trust in our brand. We hope you are fully satisfied
with your new Alkemeya jewelry. Each item is sent to the given delivery address
through DHL International posting services. In case of defective or wrongly
delivered items at the fault of Alkemeya, exchange or refund shall be issued,
upon request, unless the defect or the wrong delivery has taken place or is
attributed to the postal carrier’s negligence. Please note that we insure all
orders against damage during transit. If an order is received damaged please do
not accept the delivery. If you realise that an order is damaged after opening
the parcel, please photograph the damaged item immediately and notify us as
soon as possible.
International
customs charges, duties and sales tax may apply and the extra charge will be
due at the time of delivery, the amount depending on the country you live in.
If, for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return
your Alkemeya jewel and request an exchange or refund within 14 days from the
date you received your order. Please make sure your items are returned new,
unused, including their original Alkemeya packaging, with the safety tag still
attached, and the certificate of authenticity. All our items come with an
Alkemeya tag attached. A sale will be deemed final if this seal has been
broken, or if the item is used or incomplete.
Upon return our experts will evaluate the item before granting a refund or an exchange. For items that do not meet our policy requirements (for example, if seal is broken, jewel has been damaged or is incomplete) Alkemeya will retain the right not to accept the item for refund or exchange and it will be sent back to the customer without any refund given.
In case
your item is accepted for refund, the full cost of the item(s) minus our
delivery charge will be transferred to you. Please note that refunds can take
up to 30 working days to show on your bank account due to varying processing
times between payment providers. Please contact our customer care team by email

Please
note, you will be responsible for the item(s) until it/they reach us and we
suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof
of receipt.
Please note
that international customs charges, duties and sales tax are non-refundable for
shipments outside the European Unity (the EU).
